THE KIT:
When this kit was released, Williams Bros. was based in San Marcos, CA. They went out of business for a few years and are now back and base in Round Rock, TX.
This kit came in a shrink-wrapped tray and lid type box.
The box art shows a Caudron rounding an air-racing pylon. It is overall navy-blue with white fuselage no. 100, a narrow fuselage stripe diagonally around in front of the windshield, a white no. 6909 over C.460 Avions Caudron on the rudder sides. Bare metal oil-cooler plate on sides of its nose.
One side of the box gives a one-paragraph history of the Caudron "Among the most efficient of the Golden Age racers, a French Caudron piloted by Michel Detroyet won the 1936 Greve and Thompson trophies Caudrons also won the 1933, 1934 and 1935 Coupe Deutsch de la Meurthe races in Europe".

This kit contains 2 navy-blue trees and a clear canopy in a sealed clear cello bag, the decal sheet and instructions.
The decal sheet is large at 8 3/4" x 6 1/4".
The parts fit the box tight in all 4 directions.
The instructions consist of a single-sheet in large 11" z 17" format, printed on both sides.
The face side has the history of the Caudron with an exploded drawing for assembly purposes. William Bros. street address for when they were in San Marcos, CA is shown and general instructions.
The reverse side has line drawings of the Caudron assembled with the fuselage numbers 100, 7, 8, 3, 10, 1 and 13.
The largest navy-blue tree holds: the fuselage, cowling, main wheels, landing-gear legs, wheel spats, elevators, propeller, dashboard, seat etc. (47 parts)

This is a nice sleek aircraft kit. Flaps are all molded solid. There is no pilot figure included.
