HISTORY:
The Light SEAL Support Craft (LSSC), was a fast riverine assault boat developed by the United States Navy for use by the United States Navy SEALs in the Vietnam War in 1968. In July 1968 the LSSC began replacing the Patrol Boat River as the primary vessel for SEAL team riverine operations. The LSSC was later developed into the Strike Assault Boat which entered service in 1970.

THE KIT:
Shanghai-Dragon (sometimes called DML too) is an old prolific plastic model kit manufacturer based in China. They make all manner of plastic model kits in the popular scales.
This kit comes In a shrink-wrapped tray and lid type box.
The box art shows a color illustration of a LSSC on a river, that is approaching the shore to pick up 4 crew members that are starting to wade out from a jungle.
There are 2 crewmen in the boat. One is driving it and the other is firing one of the 3 machine guns on it to the side.
The LSSC is overall olive-drab, with no markings shown
All 6 of the men wear khaki uniforms, full field gear and are armed with submachine-guns.
The driver of the LSSC wears a helmet. Two men wear brimmed cloth hats. The last 3 men have their heads wrapped in cloth.
One side-panel of the box has 6 one-paragraph histories of the LSSC in 6 languages, including English over: This kit contains parts to construct one LSSC and six Seal figures. Paint and cement are not included. With English instructions. Each language is labeled with a color illustration of the flag of the country that speaks the language. Followed by CAUTION about the kit in the 6 languages.

Light-gray letter D tree holds: the last 2 crewmen (divided the same as the others) pouches etc. (26 parts)
The un-alphabetized light-gray tree holds weapons (14 parts)
I have assembled all 6 of the figures, the boat, the radar dome (but not attached it to the boat yet), the display base. I intend to paint it olive drab and tray to get some material that you can make water out of. For this kit and a German S-boat kit I have built.
Detail is very good.
