THE BOOK:
MMP (Mushroom Model Publications) is based in the UK. All their books are printed in English by Stratus in Lublin, Poland. Stratus also produces their own line of books in both Polish and English.
This book is soft-cover of 24 pages in 8 ¼” x 11 ¾” page format.
The cover art shows a color illustration of the top of a Bg-208-2 posed against an all-orange background.
The book begins with 6 black and white line drawing profiles in 1/72nd scale and 5 in 1/48th scale, including illustrations of the bulkheads inside the fuselage.
These are followed by line-drawings of the inner structures of the fuselage. Rudder, elevators and wings.
There are 22 black and white photos. Some as walk-around type.
Line-drawings of the landing gear, joy-sticks, seat, engine cowling, foot pedals, shoulder-belts, engine etc. Two color photos and a color 4-view profile of the aircraft.
It is in a wave pattern camouflage of two shades of green over a light-blue under-carriage. It has yellow wing tips below the wings and a wide yellow fuselage band, fuselage code BG + KM.
This is one short, but neat book on the Bf-108B-2. It will be of great interest to modelers and aircraft enthusiasts alike.
