This set consists of a brass PE fret that has 3 lengths of barrel rifling on it and an instruction sheet. The fret comes in a zip-locked clear cello bag.
How to use it:
Make a paper cylinder and insert it into the barrel of the gun from the kit that you want to use it on. Trim off the excess and use this as a template to cut the piece of rifling to size.
Place this rifling over a candle flame until red hot and then let it cool. This will change the temper of the brass and make it easier to bend.
Wrap the rifling around a rod or dowel that is slightly smaller than the size of the inside of the gun barrel and bend the rifling around it into a cylinder. Insert the rifling into the kit barrel and use a drop of super-glue to hold it in place.
