THE KIT:
Dragon (sometimes called DML) is an old prolific plastic model kit manufacturer, based in Hong Kong, China. They make all manner of plastic model kit subjects in the popular scales.
This kit came in a shrink-wrapped tray and lid type box.
The cover art shows a color illustration of a German Obersturmfuhrer, who is standing on a snow covered street next to a German halftrack, that is covered with snow.
He is dressed in an off-white parka, with a fuzzy collar, field-grey jodhpur type trousers, bloused into high black jack-boots. He is armed with a rocket launcher in both hands and a MP40 submachine-gun is slung over his right shoulder. He has tan ammo pouches on his black belt and a stick-type grenade tucked under it.
One side-panel of the box has 2 color photos that show the made up figure’s front and back, With the copyright for the kit as 1999, over Dragon’s street address in Hong Kong, China and the kit was made there.

The other side panel shows the box arts of two other 1/16th scale figure kits that Dragon manufactures: Kit no. 1621, a Hauptsturmführer (Otto Skorzeny) (Gran Sasso Raid 1943) and Kit no. 1622, a Sturmbannführer Diefenthal (Stoumont 1944).
WHAT’S IN THE BOX.
The kit held two medium-grey parts trees. (I cannot remember if there were more trees of that color. There is also a raised black box, for a base to mount the figure on. In 2 sealed clear cello bags.
The trees are not alphabetized.
The largest tree held the parts of the figure. (16 parts)
The small tree held: the rocket –launcher, MP40 submachine-gun, a pistol and its holster, a spade in its canvas carrying case, part of his belt, 2 canvas sacks, a potato-masher type grenade and ammo cases (11 parts).

I have this figure all together, except for his field-gear and weapons and painting him. I intend to finish him in the future, but I am very low on paints.
A black display base is included in the kit to set the completed figure on.
The decals for the Panzerfaust completes the kit.
Very nice detail.
Highly recommended.
