THE KIT:
DML Dragon is an old prolific model company based in Hong Kong, China. They manufacture all manner of model subjects in the popular scales.
This kit came in a shrink-wrapped tray and lid type box.
The box art shows 4 German infantry-men walking beside a long hedge. They all wear field-grey uniforms.
Reading left to right, the first man has field-grey trousers bloused at the bottom over low shoes. He is wearing a camouflaged smock, that is reversible to all-white. He is carrying his steel helmet in his left hand that is covered with a camouflaged cloth cover. Slung over his right shoulder by a strap is a Mauser 98K carbine. He is bare-headed. He has ammo pouches for the 98K, a mess kit, gas mask canister and a shovel in its carrying case on his belt.
The next man to the right is holding his left arm with his right hand. He has a bloody bandage around his left elbow. There is a MP40 sub-machine gun slung over his right arm. He wears a cloth billed field cap. He has a pistol holster on his belt.
The third man to the right is an officer. He wears jodpher pants, tucked into black jack boots. He too is armed with a MP40 in his right hand. He has an ammo case for the MP40, a map case and a pistol holster on his belt.
The fourth and last man on the right. Has a head wound bandaged. He is bare headed and carrying his steel helmet that is covered with a camouflage cover in his left hand. Over his right shoulder he is carrying a panzerfaust and a 98K slung from it too. He has a shovel in a carrying case, 98K ammo pouches and a gas mask canister on his belt.
One side panel says the kit contains 4 figures and paint and cement are not included, in 6 languages, including English. Followed by the copyright for the kit as 2004 and DML’s address in Hong Kong, China and the kit was made there.

The other side panel begins with color illustrations of the 4 figures illustrated from the waist up, field equipment and weapons. Kit is not suitable for children under 3 due to sharp parts, in multiple languages, including English. DML’s European office address in Graz, Austria is shown. kit is intended for modelers 10 and over.
The back of the box has the painting guide for the figures, line drawings of some of the equipment and is also used to assemble the figures..

The kit contains 3 medium-grey parts trees, each in a sealed clear cello bag.
Trees are not alphabetized.
The large medium-grey tree holds: the four figures (divided into separate heads, torsos, arms and legs), 2 pistol holsters, 2 steel helmets, 2 gas mask canisters, 4 98K ammo pouches, 2 canteens, 2 shovels in carrying cases, a cloth and billed field cap, the officer’s billed hat, a ammo pouch for the MP40, a stick grenade, 2 mess kits etc. (45 parts).
A tab on this tree says kit no. 6025, which was the original release of this kit in 1994.
