This sheet and 3 others came to me in a stiff, sealed cardboard envelope.
The decal sheet is in 1/35th scale and the other 3 sheets are to 1/48th scale.

The decal sheet is in 1/35th scale and the other 3 sheets are to 1/48th scale.
It is backed by a stiff white cardboard sheet and has a cloudy tissue to protect its face.
One sheet shows color side-views of the 11 Supermarine Spitfire Mk. Vb’s. There are 4 instruction sheets, printed on both sides in 8 ½” x 11” page format.
The first instruction sheet is printed on the back of the sheet with side views.
It shows a color 4-view of a Supermarine Spitfire Mk. Vb.
It is in a wave pattern camouflage of dark-green and ocean-grey on it’s spine, over a medium sea-grey undercarriage, a sky propeller tip and first fuselage band, that partially covers a black no. BL-315, followed by 2 black and 3 white bands around the wings and fuselage, a red, white and blue vertical fin flash on the rudder.A yellow AZ roundel B on top of the fuselage bands.
It was flown by Flight-Lieutenant Walt “Johnnie” Johnston of 234 (Madras Presidency) Squadron, Royal Air Force, based at RAF Deanland, 6 June 1944.

It shows a color 4-view of a Supermarine Spitfire Mk. Vb.
It is in a wave pattern camouflage of dark-green and ocean-grey on it’s spine, over a medium sea-grey undercarriage, a sky propeller tip and first fuselage band, that partially covers a black no. BL-315, followed by 2 black and 3 white bands around the wings and fuselage, a red, white and blue vertical fin flash on the rudder.A yellow AZ roundel B on top of the fuselage bands.

The second instruction sheet shows the color instructions for the scheme for the 2nd 1/35th scale Supermarine Spitfire Mk Vb. It is in a camouflage wave pattern of dark-green and middle-stone spine and wing tops and rudder sides, over an azure-blue undercarriage. A bright red propeller spinner, pale-blue fuselage code, outlined in white of ZX roundel S, proceeded with black serial no. ER228, red, white and blue vertical fin flash and roundels in the normal 6 positions.
It was with 145 Squadron, Royal Air Force, based in Egypt, 1942.
On the back of the second instruction sheet, there is another color scheme view of the 3rd 1/35th scale Supermarine Spitfire Mk. Vb in a wave-pattern camouflage of dark-earth and dark-green on its spine and above the wings, over sky type S undercarriage and a sky blue spinner and fuselage band, It has a tan fuselage code of YQ roundel X, a black fuselage no, W3458 over the fuselage band and letter Y. Roundels in the 6 normal positions and a red, white and blue fin flash.
It was flown by Flt. Lt. Lee “Buck” Casson of the 616th South African Squadron, Royal Air Force, based at RAF Tangmere, 9 August 1941.
The 3rd instruction sheet has a 4 view color scheme on one side of the 4th scheme of a Supermarine Spitfire in a wave-pattern camouflage of dark-green and ocean-grey over a sea-grey undercarriage, black and white bands around the nose and the top of the elevators, sky type s fuselage band and propeller nose, yellow E roundel NN fuselage code, red, white and blue fin flash, roundels in the normal 6 positions.
With the 310th (Czech Squadron) Royal Air Force, based at RAF Exeter, July 1942.
On the back side of the 4th instruction sheet is the 5th color scheme of a Supermarine Spitfire Mk. Vb. Trop. In a wave-pattern camouflage of dark-green and dark-earth, over an azure-blue undercarriage, with a bright-red spinner. It has an illustration on the sides of the nose of a yellow circle with a black cat on it that is looking through a eye-glass. It has a black 40 and white SAAF on it. Fuselage code is white WR roundel O, followed by black serial no. JK792, It has red. white and blue vertical bars on the rudder. Roundels in the usual 6 positions.
It was with 40th Squadron, South African Air Force, based in Italy, 1944.
The face side of the 5th instruction sheet has the 6th color scheme for a Supermarine Spitfire Mk. Vb. It is overall night in color. Fuselage code is red JU roundel E, vertical red, white and blue rudder flash. Roundels in the usual 6 positions.
It was with the 111th Squadron, Royal Air Force, based at RAF North Weald, 1941.
On the back side of the 5th instruction sheet is the 7th color scheme for a Supermarine Spitfire Mk. Vb. It is in a wave-pattern camouflage of dark-green and ocean-grey, with a medium sea-grey undercarriage. It has a sky type S spinner. Fuselage code is yellow DW roundel B. Followed by black serial no. EP254 over a sky type S fuselage band. It has vertical stripes of red, white and blue on the rudder sides. Roundels in the usual 6 positions.
It was flown by Squadron Leader J.E. “Johnnie” Johnson, C.O. of 610 (County of Chester) Squadron, Royal Air Force based at RAF West Malling, 19 August, 1942.
The front of the 6th instruction sheet has the 8th color scheme for a Supermarine Spitfire Mk. Vb. It is in a wave-pattern camouflage of dark-green and ocean-grey, with a medium sea-grey undercarriage and a sky type S spinner. It has a small circular Czech insignia under the windshield on its sides. Fuselage code is yellow RY roundel S.
Followed by black serial no. EP644 over a sky type S fuselage band and spinner the same color. It has a vertical red, white and blue flash on the rudder sides. Roundels in the usual 6 positions.
It was with the 313 (Czech) Squadron, Royal Air Force based at RAF Churchstanton, March 1943.
The back of the 6th instruction sheet has the 9th color scheme for a Supermarine Spitfire Mk. Vb Trop. It is in a wave-pattern camouflage of dark-earth and dark sea-grey, with a sky type S undercarriage. Fuselage code is white GN roundel H. Followed by white serial no. AB2b4. It has red, white and blue vertical stripes on the rudder sides. Roundels in the usual 6 positions.
It was with 249 Squadron, Royal Air Force based at Ta’ Qali, Malta 1942.
The 7th instruction sheet shows the 10th color scheme of a Supermarine Spitfire Mk. Vb. It is in a wave-pattern camouflage of dark-earth and middle-stone, with an azure-blue undercarriage and a bright red spinner. It carries a red fuselage code, outlined in white of WR roundel D and a bright red spinner. It has a red, white and blue vertical flash on the sides of the rudder.
