THE KIT:
Dragon is an old prolific model company based in Hong Kong, China. This kit was manufactured at their Shanghai plant. I only have a few kits in my stash from that plant.
Dragon makes all manner of model subjects in the popular scales.
This kit comes in a very blousy shrink-wrapped tray and lid type box. It is a whopping 4” too long and 3” too wide. Creating a large letter “L” void around the parts.
The box art is a color illustration of 2 rubber, inflated pontoons supporting a wood bridge. It is being pushed ashore on a river to the river bank, by a wood boat with a motor, to allow a waiting Kubelwagen to board it.
The pontoons, boat and Kubelwagen are all field gray. The bridge and deck in the boat are wood color. The motor on the back of the boat is steel color. The man running the motor wears a black uniform and steel helmet.
The Kubelwagen carries the license no, WH-242030. There are no marking s on anything else,
One side panel of the box has a small color box art of Dragon’s kit no. 6109, a German large rubber dinghy w/pioneer (Grosser Florsak) 34. This is followed by a CAUTION that says: When you use paint and cement, do not be near an open flame and be in a well ventilated room. Kit is for modelers age 10 and over. It is not suitable for children under 3 because of small parts, In 6 languages, including English.

This set will make a neat diorama schene. All that is needed is a model water product and some celu-clay to make the river banks from.
Great detail. Highly recommended.
