This book is soft-cover of 96 pages in 8 1/2" x 11" page format.
It covers the vehicles and their camouflages used in Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and the Soviet Union.
These vehicles are shown in 140 black and white wartime photos, 61 color illustrations and 108 insignia in full color.
The cover art (on both the front and back cover) shows a Tank Mk. II (Matilda Senior) of the 7th RTR in standard G.3/G.4 scheme. The vehicle name "Glaton", the AFV identification visors are all white. Overlapping the edge of the right mudguard is a small rectangle of yellow-green gas paint. This particular tank did not carry the usual WD serial. Next to it are 6 illustrations of campaign signs for France.
Next, is a Sd.Kfz. 51/6 of Gen. Heinz Guderian's XIX Panzer Korps, in overall grey with white insignia. These insignia include the white air-identification band on the bonnet and a swastika. A Nachrichtentruppen zug (Signals Platoon) stencil and XIX Korps "G" on the left mudguard. Next to 4 division mark illustrations.
At the bottom is a Char de Cavalerie 35S of 19e Dragons, 1e DLM. Many of the Samuas from the early-production batches used a vertical sign, a hippogriffe on a blue circle. This was carried on a the peleton diamond.
There are very nice vehicle markings done in color that can be candidates for a model of the tank shown.

Highly recommended. I bought my copy at my local hobby shop years ago.
