THE KIT:
STC Start is an old prolific plastic model kit manufacturer, based in Moscow, Russia. They manufacture all manner of plastic model kit subjects in the popular scales.
This kit comes in a shrink-wrapped tray and lid type box.
The cover art shows a color illustration of a T-30 that is overall khaki, with no marking shown, moving across a grassy field.
Both side-panels of the box show side-view line-drawings of the T-30 and specifications for it. In English on one side and Russian on the other side.

The two end-panels of the box continue with the specifications. Again, English on one end and Russian on the other.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX:
The kit holds 4 light-green parts trees and the decal sheet in a single sealed clear cello bag.
The instructions consist of a single-sheet, that is folded in the center to create 4 pages in 5 ¾” x 8 1/4” page format.
Page 1 has a black and white repeat of the cover art at the top. Over all Russian text, that I believe probably is the history of the T-30.
Page 2 continues with more Russian text, maybe the specifications of the T-30.
Across pages 3 & 4 is the parts trees at the top of page 3 and 3 assembly steps at the bottom of page 3 and all of page 4.
Trees are alphabetized.
Light-green tree letter A holds: the top and bottom part of the hull, long lengths and individual links of the tracks. (36 parts)

Light-green tree letter C holds: axles, more wheels, final transfer covers, turret parts etc. (32 parts)
Light-green tree letter D holds: gun barrel, rear hull plate, gun mantle (3 parts)
The decal sheet completes the kit’s content. Here the main problem with the kit arises. There are no instructions as to where and how to put the markings on this sheet. It shows all-white markings of a words in Russian, a small square with no.2 in the center, a circle with a no. 1 in the center, a large no. 60 and a thin curve with dashes around it.
It will take some searching of markings used on Russian armor to find out how these marks go on the T-30.

There is no interior detail. External detail is very good.
There are no figures included in the kit.
