THE KIT:
DML (or DML Dragon) is an old prolific model company based in Hong Kong, China. Kit was made there and imported by Marco Polo Import Ltd. based at City of Industry, CA. DML makes all manner of model subjects in the popular scales.
This kit comes in a shrink-wrapped end-opening type box. I am no fan of this type of box, because invariably parts or the decal sheet will find their way past one of the end flaps on the box to become lost forever. Give me a tray and lid type box any day of the week.
The box art shows 4 German infantryman, next to a damaged building. They are all dressed in olive-green uniforms and black shoes.
Reading left to right. The first man wears a camouflaged cloth cover on his steel helmet and ammo pouches around his belt. He is holding a bazooka round in both hands and is standing behind the second kneeling man with a bazooka on his right shoulder, preparing to fire it. He wears a bare steel helmet and ammo pouches around his belt also. There is a wood case of bazooka ammo behind the first man.
The 3rd man to the right is standing. He has a cloth field cap on his head and he is armed with submachine gun, slung over his left shoulder. He has ammo pouches for the submachine gun on his belt. In his right hand he holds a Panzerwurfmine grenade ready to throw it.
The fourth, and last man, on the right is kneeling. He wears a bare steel helmet and canvas ammo pouches on his belt. He is holding and aiming a small bazooka ready to fire it. All the men are facing an enemy to the right.
One corner of the box art says it is an un-assembled model kit.
Another corner says: This kit contains 61 parts. For modelers aged 10 and older. Box contains models of 4 figures.
One side panel of the box says: This box holds parts for 4 figures. Paint and cement are not included. In 6 languages, including English, labeled with a color illustration of the flag of the country that speaks the language. Followed by Marco Polo’s street address in City of Industry, CA. The copyright date for the kit and Made in China.

The other side-panel of the box shows 3 color box arts of other DML kits: Kit no. 6033, a Stug III, Ausf. F, Kit no. 6030, a Sd.Kfz. 138/2 “Hetzer” Early Version and Kit no. 6029, a German Sturmartillerie Crew 1940-1941.
The box bottom serves as the painting guide. It shows a front and rear view of each of the 4 figures. Colors all described above earlier. Also an illustration of the camouflaged cloth helmet cover worn by one of the men. Below them there are 4 line drawings of their weapons: the RPzB 54 Raketen Panzerbuchse bazooka, a ammo round for it GR 4322 and two illustrations of the Panzerwurfmine 1(L) winged grenade, shown with its wings folded and extended.
