THE KIT:
Italeri (at first spelled Italaerei) is an old prolific plastic model company based in Italy. They manufacture all manner of plastic model subjects in the popular scales.
This kit came in a shrink-wrapped end-opening type box. I am no fan of this type of box. Because, invariably parts or the decal sheet will find their way past one of the end flaps of the box to become lost forever. Give me a tray and lid type box any day of the week.
The box art shows color illustrations of Italian, German and Allied marked road signs. The signs are shown mounted on a telephone pole, tree trunk, tree limb on wood boards supported by legs, one planted in a steel fuel drum and surrounded by barbed-wire.
One side panel of the box shows 3 color photos of kits of building sections that Italeri manufactures. However, only the kit numbers are shown, but no titles of what the kits are of. I looked up the numbers on Scale Mates site.
The 1st one is no. 412, a park gate, the 2nd one is no. 413, a house corner and the 3rd one is no. 413, a house ruin.

The other side panel continues with 3 more kits that Italeri manufactures, showing just the kit numbers only.
The 1st one is kit no. 401, is barricades, the 2nd one is kit no. 403, which is this kit of road signs and the 3rd one is kit no. 404, telephone poles.

The bottom of the box serves as the assembly and painting instructions. With just one illustration of the telegraph pole that has 3 signs on it and a steel fuel drum. The 2 parts trees are illustrated. Instructions are in 8 languages, including English.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX:
This kit holds 2 dark-grey parts trees and a decal sheet that are not alphabetized, or have any part numbers on them. Bad idea Italeri, but easy to figure out where things go by studying the box art.
One medium-grey tree holds: 2 fuel drums, wood panel type signs on legs, tree trunk, telephone pole and tree limb (19 parts)

The other medium-grey tree holds 8 more wood panels and 2 more wood tree limbs (10 parts)
The wood panels have nice wood grain engraved into them, the tree parts show nice bark. The fuel drums have nice rims on them with fuel spout closed caps.

The decal sheet completes the kit's contents. The lone white lettering on it is almost invisible posed against the sheet’s white color.
Very nice detail done. This kit will really dress up a diorama.
