THE KIT:
DML Dragon is a prolific model company based in Hong Kong, China. They manufacture all manner of model subjects in the popular scales.
This kit comes in a shrink-wrapped tray and lid type box.
The box art shows 5 signal troops in a communications center inside a log walled building.
One trooper is on a foot pedal operated power generator.
He and 3 seated radio operators on folding stools all wear field-grey uniforms with side caps. Their pants are bloused into black jack boots.
Two operators are listening to radios with ear phones on their heads.
The 3rd operator is on the telephone and talking to an officer standing by him.
The officer wears a field-grey uniform with jodfer type pants tucked into black jack boots. He wears a side cap on his head. He carrys a black dispatch case in is left hand and is handing some papework to the 3rd operator with his right hand.
One corner of the box art says the kit holds 149 parts and is designed for modelers over 10 years of age.
One side panel has a warning to be in a well-venilated room when using cement or paint, in 6 languages including English. The kit is unsuitable for children under 3 due to small and sharp parts. Below this is Italeri's address in Italy and it says that they are the importer for DML kits in Europe.
The other side panel has color box arts of 2 other kits that DML manufactures: kit no. 3823, a German Army Field Command Post and kit no. 3825, a Railway Track and Embankment.
