THE SET:
Lifelike Decals is based in Japan.
This set comes in a zip-locked clear cello bag.
It contains a decal sheet that has 39 red Hinomaru on it. They are in ones that are not bordered, some that have white borders and some with black borders in various sizes.
A cover letter from the owner of Lifelike Decals – Keishiro Nagao, says:
We notice that Hinomaru marks in kits and on after-market decals are not always correct and we released a Hinomaru marks only sheet, so that modelers can use our marks.
Of course, 48-SP-01 is now always included in our Zero fighter decal sets. As there are some misleading documents (especially Ameiro brown color on the outer surface of Zeros) in the world, and sometimes it is believed that they are true, we made a detailed caption on various aspects of Zero fighters as well as pilot’s careers. I hope these captions will correctly show the truth of Zero fighters and will be accepted by the modelers.
