VLS resins sets are short run products, made with rubber molds rather than steel ones that are used to mold plastic parts. These molds have a short life and wear out after a few thousand shots.
Figures molded this way by VLS are seamless, but have pour lugs that have to be removed, as you can readily see here. Also, the parts should be washed with soap and water to remove any mold release from them. Which at times runs heavy. The pour lugs are best removed with a razor saw and the attachment point then sanded smooth.
This tan resin set consists of 15 parts. There are 3 firgures: a woman, boy and girl.
The woman is divided into seperate body with head, arms and legs. She is wearing a long overcoat and low-healed shoes.
The young girl (her daughter ??) is divided into seperate torso with head, arms, legs with knee stockings and shoes.
The young boy (her son ??) is divided into seperate torso with head, arms and shoes. He is wearing an open jacket and a soft peaked cap.
Detail is very high on these figures and they will make into an instant diorama scene. Perhaps watching Hitler on parade going by?
I got this set and many other VLS ones willed to me by a fellow modeler who died of cancer years ago.
